Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed. All orders will ship 24-48 hrs after order has been placed. WEEKENDS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN SHIPPING TIME. Once shipped, all orders shipped using standard shipping will arrive in 3-7 business days. All orders shipped using expedited shipping will arrive in 1-3 business days.
We are not responsible for anything that may be lost or damaged during the shipping process. If your item gets lost or damaged you may contact us via email at [email protected] and we will do our best to make sure you are happy.
Returns: Please note that we cannot accept any returns due to the nature of the products. However, if you are unhappy please let us know what we can do to help you.
SHIPPING: Due to COVID-19, please allow 3- 15 business days to receive packages. While we continue to ship on time, shipping companies are experiencing delays.
If package tracking states “in transit”, it will be delivered to you, please be patient. Thank you for your continued support during this time.
ADDRESS ERROR: In the event that you’ve made a mistake with your address, once package is returned to us: You can:
- Receive a refund for the product (shipping costs are not refunded).
- Reship. Customer pays for shipping.
